Generator

For plasma technology, the generator designates the source of the voltage (alternative in most cases) which enables excitation of the plasma. We distinguish three types of generators: low-frequency generators (40 kHz), radio-frequency generators (13.56 & 27.12 MHz) and microwave generators (2.45 GHz).
