Cleaning, coating, activation, and etching by plasma

Plasma technology can perform different types of surface treatment. The applications are the cleaning of contaminated parts, the plasma activation of plastics, the etching of PTFE of silicone and the deposit of layers similar to PTFE. To summarise, plasma can be used for all applications where materials must be combined, or surfaces must be modified.
